Kendriya Vidyalaya


The Kendriya Vidyalaya in Lakshadweep offers quality primary and secondary education to thousands of children in the state through its chains of Kendriya Vidyalayas.

Kendriya Vidyalayas first opened its doors in November 1962 at the Government of India’s call to foster education for the wards of all Central Government employees, Defence workforce as well as those with government officers having transferable job-profiles.
